In the Matter of Open;��'widen��& extend��`�.n alley in Block 2, Auditors Subdivision �69
from 5th Street to the alley in Stinsons Subdivision of Block 96 of
Lyman Dayton's Addition by condemning & taking a permanent easement
for alley purposes on, over & across the following described land;
Lot l, Block 2 Auditor`s Subdivision �69;
Also that part of Lots 3, 10, & 13, said Block 2,
Auditors Subdivision �69 lying north of the extension
of the south line of the alley in Stinsons Sub.of
Block 96 of Lyman Daytons Addition from its inter-
section with the northeasterly line of said Lot 10
to its intersection with the southwesterly line of
said Lot 3 & lying south & west of the following
described line: '
Beginning at the intersection of the north
line of the alley in Stinson's Sub. of
Block 96 of Lyman Daytons Add with said
lot 3; thence westerly alon� the extension
of said north line of the alley to the
under Administrative O, intersection with the extension south of
the west line of said Lot 3; thence north-
westerly on straight line to the southeast
corner of Lot l, Block 2 Auditors Sub. �69,

1. That the said r� Also, condemning and taking an easement in the land
is $ "— necessary for the slopes, cuts and fills, includi.ng
right of removal of lateral support fram subject land
or remainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof
or construction of slopes in the grading and paving of
said alleys fram 5th St. to Mendota St.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the '���� 7 '� day of
_ June, 1980 , at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
