RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in
full to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney,
the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to
pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to:
l. Joan M. Mueller the sum of $83.60 in full settlement of her
claim of damages sustained on or about February 18 , 1980 , as
more particularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on February 28 , 1980 .
2 . Kathy Manion the sum of $473.72 in full settlement of her
claim of damages sustained on or about December 10 , 1979 ,
as more particularly set out in a communication to the
City Council on March 6 , 1980 .

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY JOAN M. MUELLER AND KATHY MANION
Claimant, Joan M. Mueller, was involved in an automobile accident
with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Police, vehicle on
February 18, 1980 . Expenses are for the repair of her damaged
vehicle. This office approves the settlement of Ms. Mueller's
claim in the amount of $83 .60 .
Claimant, Kathy Manion, was involved in an automobile accident
with a City of Saint Paul , Department of Community Services ,
vehicle on December 10 , 1979 . Expenses are for the repair of
her damaged vehicle. This office approves the settlement of
Ms . Manion's claim in the amount of $473. 72 .
