RESOLVED: That Application Q12718 for Class C2-Restaurant License and Cigarette License,
applied for by E and K Corporation at lOb6 E. Seventh Street, doing business as
Spanky's, is here approved, and that portion of APPLICATION Q12718 covering the
Entertainment License is also hereby approved� and the License Inspector is
directed to issue said Entertainment License upon the following condition to which
the licensee consents;
1. The licensee sha11 not provide a.ny entertainment in which any performer exposes
to view any pubic haa.r� or any portion of the anus, vulva� genitals, buttocks
or fer.ale breasis, and
violation of this condition shall be grounds for revocation of a11 licenses held by
E arxi K Corporation at the licensed premises.
