In the Matter of the Winthrop Circle street improvement, the acquisition of a 10'
wide permanent utility easement on, over and across that part of Lot
7, Blk. l, St. Joseph's Hill Addition, lying 5 feet on either side
of a line described as follows;
Commencing at a point ten feet west of the centerpoint of Marrilac
Lane cul-de-sac and extending in a northeasterly direction to the
soutY�rest corner of Lot 1�+, Blk. 1, Leonard Oak Hills No. 4 Add.
and there terminatin�.
Also, a temporary construction easement lying 15 feet on either side of the abov�e
described perma.nent easement.
Also, a temporary construction easement lying 15 feet on either side of the
existing 10 foot permanent easement over and across that part of Lot 8, Blk. l,
St. Joseph's Hill Addition to the extent shawn on Public Works Drawing No. 1201,
Misc. Drawer No. 5, dated January 29, 1980. Both said temporary construction
easements are to expl.x�e on December 31, 1980, or upon completion of the pro�ect,
whichever comes first.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 1200.00 to be, recovered from the developer.

2. That a public hearin�u be had on s�c�,�provement on the day of
June, y , at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
