The Division of Housing and Building Code Enforcement is hereby submitting its
report on the condition of the structure at the location referred to above.
The owner of record is: Fee Owner: Gregory Pa.ge, St. Paul Ra.cquet Club,
c/o 1539 Branston, St. Paul, 1�1 55108.
The legal description of the property is: Lot 1 and N 96 92/100 ft of W 14 97/100 ft
and W 25 97/100 ft of S 38 ft of Lot 2 and A strip 1 52/100 ft wide lying S of and
adjacent above desc parts of Lot 2 and 1 Block 1, Vernons Rearrangement. Parcel
code 11-79300-010-01.
The building is an old movie theater.
The subject property has been boarded by the City since February, 1980.
This building is vacant, badly ciet�r.iorated and agasn o�en. The south wall is in ..>.

Inas�much as the conditions outlined above constitute a pubiic hazard and the owner
has made no attempt to satisfactorily repair the damage despite our wa�nings, and
the continued vacant and t�.secured condition contributes a bli�ting influen�e on the
neighborhood, it is the recomrnendation of this Division that this matter be referred
to the City Attorney's office for razing and removal through District Court proceedings.
