In the Matter of acquiring a permanent sewer easement on, over and across that
l�and described as:
The west 5 feet ot' Lot 12 and the east 5 feet
of Lot 11, Budde's Add.
Also acquiring a temporary construction easement on, over
and across that land described as:
The east 5 feet of the west 10 feet of Lot 12 and
the west 5 feet of the east 10 feet of Lot 11,
Budde's Add.
Said temporary construction easement to terminate upon
completion of the construction work or November l, 1980,
whichever occurs first.
under Administrative Order approved
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ " .
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 5th day of
J�E� 1�0 , at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
