WI�REAS, Mr. Klein and members of the Post appeared together with their attorney, John Kressel, Soo Line Building, Minneapolis, _ Minnesota; and WHEREAS, Mr. Carchedi reported to the Council that his~ staff monitored the licensee' s Bingo sessions on March 17, 1984, March 24, 1980, March 31, 1980, and April 7, 1980; and WHEREAS, Mr. Carchedi further reported that the proceeds and profits of the four monitored Bingo games were compared with the � reports sub 'tted by the licensee for the cornparable four-week pera.od i 1977 1977, and 1978 as well as the weekly average for ' said years; and WHEREASr The eorrelation of the fic�ures indicated a 65/ in- "'� crease in the av�rage per-game profits; and COUNCILMEN Yeas Nays . WHEREAS, Evidence was introduced through Mr. Carchedi showing that during the Bingo session following the monitored four weeks, being April 14, 1980, the Bingo profits fell from $1,002.00 for the previous week to $630.00; and WHEREAS, Based on the study, it is the opinion of the License Inspector that the licensee was underreporting Bingo profits which is a basis for revocation of the license; and WHEREAS, Mr. Klein, Bingo Manager, testified concerning the operation of the Bingo game; and WHEREAS, The Council, after reviewing the evidence, determined that the evidence justified revocation of the Bingo license; now;� �- �� therefore, be it RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that the . license issued to Christie de Parcq for Bingo at 1060 University Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota, is hereby revoked.
