RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release
in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers
are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000 to Louis Stangl and Harriet Stangl;
individually, and as husband and wife, the sum of $400.00 in
full settlement of claim for dama.ges and injuries .sustained
May 16, 1978, to Harriet Stangl as a result of a fall on the
sidewalk at or near 1661 Conway Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota.

RE: Claim against the City of Saint Paul
by Louis Stangl and Harriet Stangl
The above claimants request reimbursement for damages and injuries
sustained to Harriet Stangl on May 16, 1978, as a result of a

This office approves the settlement of this claim in the amount
