RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute a contract with the Minnesota Pollution
Control Agency whereby said Agency will reimburse the ,City of Saint
Paul in a sum not to exceed $4,251.00, in consideration of the
City' s undertaking the task of removing abandoned motor vehicles
within the City limits during the period of April l, 1980, through
March 31, 1981, a copy of said agreement to be kept on file and of
record in the Department of Finance and Management Services.
