Liquor License issued to the Shamrock Theatre, Inc. at 11 vJ.
Tenth Street be transferred to the SPH Hotel Company and
Capital Hospital ity Corporation at 411 hlinnesota Street.
They also make application for Sunday On Sa1e Ziquor� Lnter-
tainment, Hotel 252 Rooms and Class C2-Restaurant licenses
at the same address� doing business as Radisson Plaza hotel.
�he officers of SPH Hotel Company are P.lilip H.
idason� President; i�obert S. Davis� lst Vice i'resident; John H.
:J1yers, 2nd Vice President; Franklin I3riese, Treasurer; and
i•;ilton H. al.tman, 5ecretary. Stock is held by the corporations
listed with the application. The officers of Capital ::ospitality
Corporation are Jorgen._Viltoft, President; J. R. heim, Vice �'resi-
dent, R. S. Berkwitz, Secretary and R. E. Karkow, Vice President and
Treasurer. Stock is held by the Radisson Hotel Corporation.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Per-
