Council of the City of 5aint Paul does hereby accept Deed dedicating
certa,in property to the C,ity of Saint Paul for park and recreation
purposes, the �xoQerty being located in the Pigs Eye Lake area and
more particulaa;ly described in the Deeds, copies of which are
attached to this resolution, and the City Attorney is hereby author-
ized "and dixected to record the Deeds in the proper office of
recordation.

under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the first part, and the City of
Saint Paul , a municipal corporation, under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party
