RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in �ull
to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to :
1. Robert T. Micek the sum of $39.00 in full settlement of his
claim of damages sustained on or about January 30 , 1980 , as
more particularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on March 25, 1980 .
2 . The Integrity Group and Randy A. Davis the sum of $2?]..04 i,n
full settlement of their claim of damages sustained on or
about November 9 , 1979 , as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on December 11, 1979 .

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY ROBERT T. MICEK; and THE INTEGRITY
GROUP AND RANDY A. DAVIS
Claimant, Robert T. Micek, requests reimbursement for towing and
storage fees which he incurred when his vehicle was improperly
towed. The police department towed the vehicle because it lacked
Minnesota license plates and a Minnesota registration. Mr. Micek
is a permanent resident of Wisconsin and had the Wisconsin regis-
tration displayed in the window. This office approves the settle-
ment of Mr. Micek 's claim in the amount of $39 .00 .
Claimants , The Integrity Group and Randy A. Davis, request re-
imbursement for damages to Mr. Davis 's vehicle which was involved
in an automobile accident with a City of Saint Paul, Department
of Police vehicle on November 9 , 1979 . This office approves the
settlement of their claim in the amount of $271.04 .
