to Joseph Carchedi the sum of Three Thousand and No/100 Dollars
�$3,000.00) in full settlement of claims made in a lawsuit entitled
Joseph Carchedi vs. Geort�e Latimer, et al. , as more particularly
set out in the Stipulation of Dismissal of said lawsuit which has
been entered into between all parties.
