Box 9402, Minneapolis, Minnesota, has made application to the City of Minneapolis to connect a proposed building at 501 Kasota Avenue in the City of St. Paul to the City of Minneapolis storm and sanitary sewer syst�as; and WHEREAS, no City of St. Paul public storm or sanitary sewers are available to drain this property more specifically described as: That part of the following descri.bed property situated in the County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota to wit: All of Lot 3 of Auditor's Subdivision No. 64, St. Paul, Minn., and that portion of Lot 4, said Auditor's Subdivision No. 64, St. Paul, Minn. lying Northeasterly of a line parallel wi.th and distant 837 feet Sauthwesterly, measured at right angles fran the Northeasterly line of said Lot 3 and a Southeasterly production thereof, which lies Southerly of the South line of Kasota Avenue, as established by Final Order in Conde�anation Proceedings recorded in Book 71 of Plans, page 19. PURPOSE AND RATtONALE FOR THIS ACTI-0N: The City of St. Paul has ao sewer facilities to serve this development. The City of Minneapolis has agreed to allow the sanitary and storm sewer connection to their sewer system with the unslerstandinq that St. Paul will provide storm sewer service in the future to provide discharge of 100 cfs fram the City of Minneapolis' storm drain facili- ties located in Kasota Avenue. The City of St. Paul has passed a Resolution ratifying assessments for constructing storm tunnels that will provid�e this capacity (C.F. 271809, adopted September 19, 1978) .
