Also, condemning and taking an easement in the land for the slopes, cuts and fills, including right of removal of lateral support from subject land or remainder thereof occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of slopes in the grading of the above referenced street. INITIATING ACTION: This project is beig initiated by a petition from Z of the 3 abutting property owners, representing approximately 70$ of the assessable property. EXISTING CONDITIONS: This area is presently unused and is heavily wooded. PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS: This proposal includes curbing, bituminous surfacing, sanitary sewer, water main, service connections and slope construction. " The following items are not proposed at this time: sodding, driveways, tree planting and ornamental lighting. ALTERNATES: Any of the above not included items could be added to the poposal , but most of them would be in the way and/or destroyed during the period of house construction. Do Nothing: This alternate would not propose any problems, since the proposed street is only used as a driveway for one garage. TIME SCHEDUE: If this project is approved, construction could begin this coming summer and be completed by Fall of 1980.
