RESOLVED, That the proper city officers are hereby authorized to issue to Underwood,
16Ga:uhaus & Co., Inc., Houston, Texas, a registered bond of the City of Saint Paul in the
amount of $43,000 in exchange for Registered Bonds numbered 3428 to 3431 inclusive, issued
in lieu of Coupon Bearer Bonds numbered 33603 to 33612; 33613 to 33624; 33559 to 33565,
33693 to 33697; and 33639 to 33647, respectively, issued for the purpose of Water Works
Bonds, Series 2, 3.20%, dated February 1, 1959, maturing February 1, 1989.
The Department of Finance and Management Services is authorized to pay current
interest on such registered bonds by check.
