RESOLVED, That the proper city officers are hereby authorized to issue to
Underwood, Neuh�s& Co., Inc., Houston, Texas, a registered bond of the City of
Saint Paul in the amount of $7,000 in exchanga for Registered Bond numberd 3427
issued in lieu of Coupon Bearer Bonds numbered 30680 to 30686 inclusive, issued
for the purpose of General Improvement Bonds, Series 7, 3.20%, dated February 1,
1959, maturing February 1, 1989.
�'he Department of Finance and Management Services is authorized to pay
current int��est�on such registered bonds by check.
