RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in ful�
to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to:
l. American Family Insurance Group the sum of $211.03 in full
settlement of their claim of damages sustained on or about
August 11, 1978 , as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on October 10 , 1978 .
2 . Harry Erickson the sum of $96. 33 in full settlement of his
claim of damages sustained on or about Spring, 1979 , as
more particularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on May 24, 1979 .

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY AMERICAN FAMILY INSUR.ANCE GROUP
AND HARRY ERICKSON
Claimant, American Family Insurance Group, requests reimbursement
for payment they made to their insured, Carol Kelly, as a result
of paint being spilled on Ms . Kelly 's automobile on or about
August 11, 1978 . This office approves the settlement of their
claim in the amount of $211.03.
Claimant, Harry Erickson, requests reimbursement for damages to
his asphalt driveway which have occurred as a result of the heavy
garbage trucks pulling into his driveway. This office approves
the settlement of Mr. Erickson's claim in the amount of $96 . 33 .
