RESOLVEDs That On Sale Ia.quor License applied for by Shamrock Theatre, Inc., Application
Q 1.!}030, at 11 W. Tenth Street, at the present time "inactive" but scheduled for
transfer on April 23� 1980, be and the same is hereby grante� with the following
conditions,
l. There shall be no operation under the authority of the license at 11 W. Tenth
Street, without prior approval of the required bond by the License Inspector
and City �ittorney, and
2� That there sha11 be no transfer of the license to ar�y other location without
prior approval of the City Council as required by law.
