WHEREAS, the City Cauncil did vacate a portion of Auditorium
Street between West Seventh Place on the north and West Fifth Street
on the south, per C.F. 274152; and
WI�REAS, the street referred. to as West Seventh Place, is
ad�ally West S3xth Street, and correcting this error wi]1 not change
the axea intended to be vacated; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that in C. F. 27�+152, the reference to "West Seventh
Place" in the le�al descriptions of the ri�ht-of way to be vacated
and in condition rnunber 6, be deleted and in its place substituted
"West Sixth Street"; and be it
FURTH�R RESOLVID, tY�at in all other respects, C.F. 274152 remains
in �.ill force and effect.
