RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a re].ease in full
to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to:
1. Richard Tester and Krug & Company the sum of $431.42 in
full settlement of their claim of damages sustained on or
about November 10 , 1979 , as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on December 18, 1979 .
2. Martha J. McGinn the sum of $42.25 in full settlement of
her claim of damages sustained on or about August 30 , 1979 ,
as more particularly set out in a communication to the
City Council on October 2, 1979 .
3. Sandra Dabbs the sum of $218.37 in full settlement of her
claim of damages sustained on or about December 4, 1979 , as
more particularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on January 22, 1980.
4 . William E. Salesses the sum of $288.75 in full settlement of
of his claim of damages sustained on or about August 22, 1979 ,
as more particularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on October 25, 1979 .

CLAIMS AGAINST CIT�_' OF SAINT PAUL
BY RICHARD TESTER AND KRUG & COMPANY;
MARTHA J. McGINN; SANDRA DABBS; and
WILLIAM E. SALESSES
Claimants , Richard Tester and Krug & Company, request reimbursement
for damages to Mr. Tester's automobile which occurred when the
vehicle was struck by a City of Saint Paul , Department of Public
Works , vehicle. This office approves the settlement of their
claim in the amount of $431.42 .
Claimant, Martha J. Mc�inn, requests reimbursement for medical
bills incurred when she fell on a City of Saint Paul sidewalk.
This o.ffice approves the settlement of Ms . McGinn 's claim in
the amount of $42 .25.
Claimant, Sandra Dabbs , was involved in an automobile accident
with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Police, vehicle on
December 4 , 1979 . Expenses are for the repair of the damaged
vehicle. This of_fice approves the settlement of Ms . Dabbs '
claim in the amount of $218 .37.
Claimant, William E. Salesses, requests reimbursement for damages
to his wall which occurred with a City of Saint Paul, Department
of Community Services, tree trimming crew dropped a tree on the
wall on .August 22 , 1979 . This office approves the settlement of
Mr. Salesses ' claim in the amount of $288. 75 .
