INITIATING ACTION: This order was i�itiated by the Director of Public Works on the basis of a petition with 6 signers representing 82� of the frontage and inspection of the walk. EXISTING CONDITIONS: This walk is poured concrete with tree heaves, asphalt patches, cracked concrete panels, scaled, tipped and settled panels.
