WHEFtEAS: Said applicant has filed a copy of the certificate of insurance with the City of
St. Paul and said certificate has been approved as to form and execution by the
Corporation Counsel, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That license to operate said motor vehicles as taxicabs upon the streets of the City
of St. Paul be and the same is hereby granted to Uelmar D. Strehlow.
