RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in full
to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to :
1. Edward W. Hessler and Lynne P. Hessler the sum of $60 .00 in
full settlement of their claim of damages sustained on or
about September 4 , 1979 , as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on September 20 , 1979 .

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY EDWARD W. HESSLER AND LYNNE P. HESSLER
Claimants, Edward W. Hessler and Lynne P. Hessler, request re-
imbursement for damages to their driveway which occurred when
their automobile was struck by a City of Saint Faul , Department
of Public Works , vehicle and bushed the Hessler automobile up
onto the freshly blacktopped driveway. This office approves the
settlement of Mr, and Mrs . Hessler's claim in the amount of
$60 .00 .
