RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in full
to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to:
1. Roxanne Deaver, parent and guardian of Curtis Deaver, the
sum of $60. 70 in full settlement of her claim of damages
sustained on or about November 30, 1979 , as more particular-
ly set out in a communication to the City Council on
January 22 , 1980 .
2 . Robert 5ticka the sum of $9 . 15 in full settlement of his
claim of damages sustained on or about October 24, 1979 , as
more particularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on November 6 , 1979 .

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY ROXANNE DEAVER AND ROBERT STICKA
Claimant, Roxanne Deaver, parent and guardian of Curtis Deaver,
requests reimbursement for medical bills incurred when Curtis
Deaver was injured on a slide at the Palace Recreation Center
on November 30 , 1979 . This office approves the settlement of
Ms . Deaver's claim in the amount of $60 . 70 .
Claimant, Robert Sticka, requests reimbursement for damages to
his house. The damage occurred on October 24 , 1979 , by a
City of 5aint Paul, tree trimming crew. This office approves
the settlement of Mr. Sticka' s claim in the amount of $9 .15 .
