WHEREAS, John Dorr, a firefighter employed by the City of
Saint Paul, sustained an injury compensable under the Workers'
Compensation Act on September 21, 1975; and
WHEREAS, the office of the City Attorney pursued reimburse-
ment of amounts paid to John Dorr from the Special Compensation
Fund; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Department of Finance and Management services
shall credit to Workers' Compensation Fund Account 09020-6599
the State of Minnesota' s draft in the amount of $81,614.59 as
received by the City Attorney.
