WHEREAS, numerous laws have passed relative to parking allowance
for city employees, and
WHEREAS, the Legislation Committee has reviewed and discussed
the issue, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the City Council support legislation permitting
the City of St. Paul to locally administer, direct, and finance
automobile parking allowances for city employees.
