AS FOLLOWS:
That at all times supplier will keep the terms and condirions of this a�eement
confidential pu�uant to V1N Statute 13.82 subd. 10 (a) and shall not disclose
usaQes hereunder to inquiries of third parties without prior consuitation with the
city's liaison hereinafte: named.
2. That automobiles fiunished to the city by the supplier hereunder shall be for the
exclusive use of the city's police department and no ather persons shall make use
of such vehicles_
... That the suppler will have available durin� regulaz business $ours for the ciry's
use, automobiles of a make and modei as may 6e agreed to by the parties.
4. That in consideration of the use of supplier's vehicie(s) the city a� to pay
supplier the sum of fourteen dollars and fifty cents (14.50) per day, per vehic3e, to
ma of four hundred forry nine dollazs and fiPcy cents (449.�0) per month
per vehicle.
5_ That the city a�rees to save and hoid supplier hazmless from any and a11 claims
arising out of the city's use of vehicles hereunder and shall, additionally, repair at
its own expense any damage sustained by ihe vehicles during the course of the
city's use, normal wear and tear excluded, and that in no event shall the liability
of the city exceed the limits set forth in tifiV Statute 466A0.
6. That the city shall be responsible for supplying each vehicte rented hereunder with
such amounts of gasoline and oil as is need to make the vehicle operationaI, out
no othe: mainteaance obli�ations shall be the responsib.ility of the ciry.

days) without sspplier's consent but the ciry reserves �.he ri�ht to requesz and
recaive from sugpiier a:eolacemeat vemcle of a type and make as above-
descrioed at any dme; ame beinQ of the esseace in fulfiilina requests for
replacement veaicles. �
That the city ac�aowleaQes the ri�t of the supplier to demand the retum of ffie
vehicie rented hereunder upon twenty-iour (24) hours' norice to the city and upon
such notice, the ciry wiil reizun said automobile.
That the nsa oi the vehicies reaterl hereunder aze for the use of the city's police
depariment and for the gurQose of the adminishation of this a�eement, Sr_ Cmdr.
Denn�s Jensen, 100 East 11`� Street, Saint Paul, �Iiunesota, 292-3733, shall be its
liaison.
That this a�eement may be terminated at any time by the supplier or the city with
a cvritten notice, submitted by either party, 30 days prior to the teznrination date.
