Also, grade, pave and construct water main in HYACINTH AVENUE from Clark Street to DeSoto Street. Also, construct water and sewer service connections and stozm water drainage facilities. Also, condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for slopes, cuts and fills, including right of remqval of lateral support from subject land or remainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of slopes in the grading of CLARK STREET from Brainerd Avenue to Hyacinth Avenue and HYACINTH AVENUE from Clark Street to DeSoto Street. The estimated cost and financing for these projects is as follows: GRADTNG SANITARY WATER CURB & GUTTER SEWER MAIN Assessments $63,000.00 $14,503.00 $29.,514.00 City Aid 22,790.00 1,607.OQ Water Utility Aid 15,336.00 Total $85,790.00 $16,110.00 $44,850.00 Estimated Rate per Assessable Foot $ 70.00 $ 20.00 $ 27.00 Sewer service connections and water servic� connections will be assessed in addi- tion to the above charges at tt�e actual cost per connection.
