RESOLVED FURTHER, That the said assessment of benefits, be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified, and the same is hereby ordered to be submitted to the District Court for confirmation. I beleive that it is time to put an end to the facade of citizen participation now beir.g carried on. The Burns Avenue proposal identified as city pro�ect 80-P- 0505 B.acconding to record is expected to cost over $ 600.000 to carry out. Over $ 500,000 of ttiis amount is from the Minnesota State Aid ( MSA ) source.In viex of the very bad condition of some of our ma�or thoroughtares and the obvious shortage of funds.
