The Burns Avenue proposal identified as city pro�ect 80-P- 0505 B.acconding to record is expected to cost over $ 600.000 to carry out. Over $ 500,000 of ttiis amount is from the Minnesota State Aid ( MSA ) source.In viex of the very bad condition of some of our ma�or thoroughtares and the obvious shortage of funds.
