WHEREAS, On April 22, 1980, the Saint Paul City Council approved
the final order for improving BURNS AVENUE fran Upper Afton Road
to White Bear Avenue, including a one-side parking ban; and
WHEREAS, Current City procedures provide for parking bans to be
implemented through a Traffic Coordinating Unit (TCU) ; and
WHEREAS, Current Department of Transportation procedures require
a Council Resolution approving such parking bans.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That parking be banned on the
North side of BURNS AVENUE from Upper Afton to Kennard St�eet,
and on the South side of BURNS AVENUE from Kennard Street to
White Bear Avenue.
