3 Church's expansion in Saint Paul's Summit/University community; and
4 WFIEREAS, Camphor LTMC has been � piL� in u�e Sa:;A: Paa; community ior more fhan eighty years helping
5 residents with their spiritual and social needs; and
6 WHEREAS, Camphor faces the chalienge of continuing to meet the needs of its growing congregation as we11 as
7 the increased demand in the connmunity for its outreach mitustries; and
8 WHEREAS, this new facility will allow Camphor to continue to be responsive to the growing and diverse needs
9 of this community and continue enhancing the quality of life in the City of Saint Paul; and
10 WITEREAS, With this expansion, Camphor Church will continue to be, but in a larger fashion, a beacon in
11 community development and spiritual development; and
12 WHEREAS, this expansion will allow Camphor to reach out more effectively to the youth, seniors and spiritually
13 deprived people in the surrounding community; and
14 WHEREAS, this expansion will continue even more so for Camphor Church to extend its Christlike love to
15 homes`to become a place of living witness that God is great and everlasring;
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT SEPTEMBER 17, 2000 IS HERESY DECLARED AS:
