RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT
PAUL MINNESOTA APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
FILING OF AN APPLICATION FOR DEDERAL AND STATE
FUNDS FOR CONDUCTING ENERGY MAXI—AUDITS ON CITY—
OWNED BUILDINGS
WHEREAS, The city of Saint Paul is eligible for grant assistance
under The Technical Assistance Program o� The National Energy
Conservation Pol'icy Act, and
WHEREAS, the City has completed the mini-audits and is prepared
to conduct maxi-audits; now, thereiore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Sai�t Paul does hereby
approve the filing of the Application for a Technical Assistance �
Program Grant for city-owned buildings; and be it Y�
FURTHER RESOLVED, that Mayor George Latimer, as Chief Executive
Officer of the City, is hereby authorized and directed to submit
said Grant Application to the Department of Housing and Urban
Development and the Minnesota Energy Agency in such form� as
prescribed by federal regulations; and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that the Mayor, or his designated representa-
tive, is further authorized to execute and submit to the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development any assurances,
certifications, or additional information that may be required by
said Department during their review of the City' s Grant Application
for Federal Assistance
