RESOLVED, that the Salary Plan and Rates of Compensation Resolution
be amended in Section I by stril�ing out the following at the end of Section I C:
"The 1980 salary range for Grade 28E in the 'Technical Group', effective
April 12, 1980, shall be as shown below:

ACTION REQUESTED
We recommend your approval and submission of this Resolution to the City Council.
PURPOSE AND RATIONALE FOR THIS ACTION:
This Resolution amends the Salary Plan and Rates of Compensation
Resolution by correcti.ng the salary range for Grade 28 E in the "Technical
Group" by applying the 8% salary adjustment granted to clas si.fications
represented by the Technical Bargaining Unit in 1980. The previous
Resoluti.on became effective after this adjustment had been made and
therefore represents 19?9 rates. Failure to correct this range would
cause employees in the Recreation Center Director title to suffer a pay cut.
The correct range should be as follows:
