Also, all that part of a 200 ft. atrip� of land condemned for levee purposes as described in document number 864699 and recorded in book 936 of deeds page 289 of the Office of the Register of Deeds in Ramsey Couaty, Minnesota, .which lies southwesterly of the right-of-way line, as pro- jected across the above described levee, of the Chicagos Milwaukee, St. Paul, and Pacific Railroad .and which lies aortheasterly of the west line_of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 12-28-23, and also the right of ingress and eg'ress to the abo"ve described land ove,r Port Authority levee property which liea southerly of Sheppard Road aad is located in the Southwest quarter of Sectioa 12-28-23 Ramsey County, Minnesota.
