The Division of Housing and Building Code Enforcement is hereby submitting its
report on the condition of the strrtcture at the loca.tion referred to above.
The owners of record are: Fee Owners--Kenneth F. � Bonita R. Prawer, R. R. 5,
Box 7, Northfield, MN 55057. ,
The legal description of the property is: Lot 5, Block 15, Lewis Second Addition,
parcel code 08-44200-050-15,
The building is a single family dwelling of frame construction.
The subject property has been boarded up by the owner since April, 1979.
This building is now open and has been vandalized. The owner just finished reboarding
it and it was again vandalized.
Inasmuch as the conditions outlined above constitute a public hazard and the owner
has ma.de no attempt to satisfactorily repair the damage despite our warnings, and
the continued vacant and boarded up condition cantributes a blighting influence on
the neighborhood, it is the recommenda.tion of this Division that this ma.tter be
referred to the City Attorney's office far razing and removal through District
Court procee�in,gs.
