RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby concurs in and approves the appointment, by Mayor George
Latimer, of Councilman William Wilson as a member of the Board
of Commissioners of the Port Authority of the City of Saint Paul,
to fill the unexpired term of Councilman Ron Maddox, which term
expires on July 31, 1981.
