Open, widen and extend an alley in BLOCK 2, AUDITOR's SUBDIVISION N0. 69 from 5th Street to the alley in Stinson 's Subdivision of Block 96 of Lyman Daytons Add. by condemning and taking a permanent easement for alley purposes on, over and across the following described land: Lot 1 , Block 2 Auditor's Subdivision No. 6g Also that part of Lots 3, 10 and 13, said Block 2, Auditors Subdivision No. 69 lying north of the extension of the south line of the alley in Stinsons Subdivision of Block 96 of Lyman Daytons Add. from its intersection with the northeasterly line of said Lot 10 to its intersection with the southwesterly line of said Lot 3 and lying south and west of the following described line: Beginning at the intersection of the north line of the alley in Stinson's Subdivision of Block 9(i of Lyman Daytons Add. with said Lot 3; thence westerly along the extension of said north line of the alley to the intersection with the extension south of the west line of said Lot 3� thence northwesterly on straight line to the southeast corner of Lot 1 , Block 2 Auditors Subdivision No. 69 and there terminating. Also, condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for slopes, cuts and fills, including right of removal of lateral support from subject land or remainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof or constructions of slopes in the grading and paving of said alleys from 5th Street to Mendota S treet. INITIATING ACTION: This improvement was initiated by a Petition signed by 11 of the 18 abutting property owners. EXISTING CONDITIONS: The eastwest alley is presently used, and deadends at the westerly end. The driving surface is dirt but it has a sewer and catch basin at the westerly end.
