RESOLVED, That in accordance with Section 231.02 (as amended by Ordinance No.
14662, approved December 1, 1970) dealing with Sewer Service Charges, the
Council does hereby set a public hearing on the proposed Sewer Service
Charges for the year 1981 to be held on December 16, 1980, at 10:00 a.m., in
the Council Chambers, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice
of said hearing; the publication of which is to be had at least seven days
before the hearing.
