RESOLVED, that upon application of Robert T. Simon on behalf
of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint
Paul, Minnesota, and upon recommendation of the Department of
Taxation, Ramsey County, the City Council does hereby approve
the abatement of 1979 taxes payable 1980 and special assessments
against the real property described in Application for Relief,
Abatement No. 98351.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to the Depart-
ment of Taxation, Ramsey County.

said Authority is a public body, corporate and politic, duly oraanized and
existing under Chapter 487, Laws of 1947, as amended; that on March 3, 1978,
HRA sold the underlying lots to Centra�. Village Inc. (Doc. No. 1996323) ;
that HRA filed a Default Notice and Termination of Contracts against said
Central Villaqe Inc. on July 7, 1978 (Doc. No. 2008513) ; that �entral
Village Inc. gave HR.A a quit-claim deed to said underlying lots on June 26,
1979 (Doc. No. 2045949) ; that between June 26, 1979 and February l, _1980,
the HRA has held the property described as follows, to-wit:

in the public use, exempt from all taxes and assessments, pursuant to .
Minnesota Statutes Sec. 462.575, Subdivision (1) .
