I, Wayne McLagan, Registered Land Surveyor, hereby certify that in accordance with the
provisions of Chapter 508, Minnesota Statutes of 1949, as amended, I have surveyed the
following described tract of land in the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota to-wit :
That part of the Northeast quarter ([VE4) of Section twenty- two (22) in
Township twenty- nine (29) Range twenty- three (23) , particularly described as
follows : Commencing on the North line of said Northeast quarl.er 605 . 22 feet
west of the Northeast corner of said quarter section ; thence [,1est on said
