RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in full
to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
1. Agnes Hillan the sum of $10 .98 in fu],l settlement of her
claim of damages sustained Qn or about September 10, 1980,
as more particu7,arly set out i.n the nota.ce of c1.aa.m �i.7.ed
in the City C1erk's of�i,ce on September 25, 1980 .
2 . Safeco Insurance Campani,es and Juda,th Hildman in the sum of
$1,250.40 in partial settleznent of thea,r claim of damages
sustained on or about August 2, 1978, as more particularly
set out in the notice of claim filed in the City Clerk's
office on November 6, 1978 .

M E M 0 R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY AGNES HILLAN; AND SAFECO INSURANCE
COMPANIES AND JUDITH HILDMAN
Claimant, Agnes Hillan, requests reimbursement for the replacement
of a pair of slacks she was wearing when she fell on City side-
walk in front of 85 West Geranium. This office approves the
settlement of Ms . Hillan's claim in the amount of $10 .98 .
Claimants, Safeco Insurance Companies and Judith Hildman, request
reimbursement for the damages to Ms . Hildman's automobile. The
vehicle was damaged in an accident with a City of Saint Paul,
Department of Police, vehicle driven by Officer James Groh on
August 2, 1978 . This is a partial release for the damages to
the automobile only as the final decision and request for payment
on Ms. Hildman's injuries has not been established as of this
date. This office approves the settlement of their claim in the
amount of $1,250 .40.
