WHEREAS, The Division of Housing and Building Code
Enforcement recommends that Proform Inc. , located at
15 West Barge Channel Road, Saint Paul, Minnesota be
granted permission to add three strands of barbed wire
to their existing - six foot high chain link fence.
RESOLVED, That said barbed wire installation is to
be in conformance with Section 4. 04-14 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code and that the permit for installation of
said barbed wire shall not be granted until the required
Certificate of Insurance indeannifying the City of Saint
Paul is submitted and approved by the City Attorney as
to form and in an amount as set forth in Minnesota
Statute 466.04

Council Members :
The Division of Housing and Building Code Enforcement has received
a request from Proform Inc. to add three strands, of barbed wire
to their existing fence at 15 W. Barge Channel Road.
A field inspection has been made of the site and the Division can
see no objection to granting this request.
Because the zoning of the property is Industrial 1, where barbed
wire fencing is allowed (.Section 4.04-14 Legislative Code) this
Division recommends that the request be granted with the proviso
that the arm for the wire is pointed over the property.
