cond3tions set forth in Council Resolution �267621, and be it
FIl�TALLY RESOLYED, that the City wi71 make the same contribution to the cost
of this insurance that the City makes to employee� covered by the Coll�ctive Bargaining
Agree�nent between the City of Saint Paul and Loca1 Union 18�+2, Distriet Council 91 of
the American Federation of State, County and Municipal E'n�ployees.

ACTION REQUESTEA
We recommend your approval and submission of this Resolution to the City Council.
PURPOSE AND RATIONALE FOR THIS ACTION: '
This reaolution will extend Hospitalization and Medical Insurance Coverage to employees
working in the class of Interpreter/Health in the Health Division. These employees work
�3.1-time or nearly full-time but are paid on an hourly basis in the Special Employment
Group. The City will be obligated to make the same contribution to medical insura.nce
that it makes to employees in similar positions.
