PURPOSE AND RATIONALE FOR THIS ACTION: ' This reaolution will extend Hospitalization and Medical Insurance Coverage to employees working in the class of Interpreter/Health in the Health Division. These employees work �3.1-time or nearly full-time but are paid on an hourly basis in the Special Employment Group. The City will be obligated to make the same contribution to medical insura.nce that it makes to employees in similar positions.
