T, � � � Co il Resolution Presented By Referred To Committee: Date Out of Committee By Date -4- RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, in view of the premises hereby found and determined as facts, that the Energy Park Project Participation Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and Port Authority of the City of Saint Paul is hereby approved. RESOLVED FURTHER that the Midway Stadium site and other City-owned property vacated by the City Council under the September 30, 1980 vacation petition be conveyed by the City to the Authority for the Energy Park Project, provided that the Authority shall not demolish Midway Stadium until it has concluded development agreements with Control Data Corporation, Marfield Corporation and Wilder Foundation. RESOLVED FINALLY that the appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City the Parti- cipation Agreement and deed or deeds of conveyance and to take any other action necessary or desireable to carry out the purposes of th�:s Resolution.
