to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to :
l. Fern M. Ewasiuk the sum of $115 .00 in fu1l settlement of
her claim of damages sustained on or about July l, 1980,.
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim fi,led
in the City Clerk 's office on July 21, 1980.
2 . Robert D. Cooli.dge and State Farm �nsurance the sum of
$562.35 in full settlement of their claim of damages sus-
tained on or about July 12, 1980, as more particularly
set out in the Notice of Claim filed with the City Clerk 's
office on September 9 , 1980 .

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY FERN M. EWASIUK; AND ROBERT D.
COOLIDGE AND STATE FARM INSURANCE
Claimant, Fern M. Ewasiuk, requests reimbursement for injuries
she sustained when she fell on City sidewalk near St. Albans
and Front Streets on July l, 1980 . Expenses are for lost wages
and doctor bills. This office approves the settlement of
Ms . Ewasiuk's claim in the amount of $115 .00.
Claimants, Robert D. Coolidge and State Farm Insurance, request
reimbursement _for damages to Nir. Coolidge 's automobile which
was damaged in an automobile accident with a City of Saint Paul,
Department of Police, vehicle on July 12 , 1980 . Driver of the
City police squad was Officer Daniel Johnson. This office
approves the settlement of their claim in the amount of $562 . 35 .
