The Council of the City of Saint Paul has conducted a public hearing upon the above improvement, due notice
thereof having been given as prescribed by the City Charter; and
WHEREAS, The Council has heard all persons, objections and recommendations pertaining to said proposed improve-
ment and has fully considered the same; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby order that the above-described improvement
be made, and the proper City officers are hereby directed and authorized to proceed with the improvement; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That upon the completion of said improvement, the proper City officers shall calculate
all expenses incurred therein and shall report the same to the City Council in accordance with Chapter 14 of the City Charter.

The Council of the City of St. Paul will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers
of the City Hall and Court House (third floor) at 10:00 A.M. on November 25, 1980 ,
about the advisability of proceeding with Board of Water Commissioners Resolution No.
3069 , approved October 22, 1980 , which proposes to: �
Install a water main in North WILDER STREET from
Dayton Avenue to 200 feet North of Dayton Avenue.
The total estimated cost is $ 5,980.00 and will be financed as follows:
Property Assessment $ 1,400.00
Water Utility Aid � 4,580.00

TOTAL ESTIMATED COST 5,98 .
The property assessment funding is based on estimated assessment rates per assessable
foot as follows:
One and Tfao Family and Townhouse $ 11 .00 per assessable foot
Multiple Family, Business, Industry and Special $ per assessable foot
Those parcels of land with frontage on a temporary water main and not desiring a water
service connection, when the temporary main is replaced, shall be excepted from the
levy of the assessment upon a specific request� of the owmer of the land. No future
water connection shall be granted the subject parcel of land without the payment of an
amount equal to the above indicated assessment rate, as levied at the time that the
permanent main was installed.
Requests for Deferment of this assessment shall be directed to the Department of
Finance and ManaRement Services by calling 29$�4730.
If you would like to know more about this improvement, you may telephone 298-4122 for
water main installation information (Water Department) or 298-5241 for assessment
information (Department of Finance and Management Services). In addition, the City
Technical Advisors will be available to meet with you and discuss this proposed im-
provement in Room 218 City Hall from 9:30 to 10:00 A.M. the same day as the hearing.
