TfIE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAITIT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section l. That Section 107 .03 of the Ad�ninistrative Code is hereby amended to read as follows: 107.03. Ett��es��-��a����g Zoriing committee. There is hereby created a ett��er��-g�a����e� zoning committee composed of eight members of the planning commission appointed in accordance with the rules of procedure of the planning commission. The committee shall serve as an advisory body to the planning commission on matters relating to the Saint Paul Zoning Ordinance (Chapters 60 through 64 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code) . The committee shall study all proposed amend- ments to the zoning ordinance, shall upon proper notification conduct public hearings thereon, and shall report its find.ings and recommendatians to the planning commission. The committee shall carry out such other responsibilities of the planning commission under the zoning ordinance as may be delegated to it by the planning commission. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its passage, approval and publication.
