be transferred to Rigoletto� Inc. at the same address.
The officers of this corporation are Gary C. Clifford,
President� Rebecca N. Clifford� Vice President� Jane A. Linden,
Vice President, and David G. I3nden, Secretary-Treasurer. The
stockholders are Gary C. Clifford, Rebecca N. Clifford, Jane A.
I3nden and David G. Linden. They will operate this business and
it will be known as Rigoletto Restorante.
This application has been reviewed by the License and
Periait Division ar�d the City Attorney's office. The recommend-
ation is for approval.
