provided for under Council Fi1e nlo. 26?621, as amended, and
Z^hiEREAS, The present hospital and medical-surgical coverage is provided b,y Blue
Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, and
ti�THEREAS, pursuant to the provision of the existin� contract, the City r.egotiated
the following monthly premiums for a term of 12 months, October l, 1981 to September 30, 1982

of the premiums as is agreed upon b�r the Process of collective bargaining and the employee
shall pa�r the balance of premiums due through payroll deduction, and be it
